Qualifications:

• PCA/HHA/CNA certificate
• A genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of our clients

Responsibilities:

• Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients
• Assist with daily living activities including eating, walking, dressing, bathing, toileting, and other ADLs as needed
• Provide personal care support while maintaining client dignity and independence
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, and mental well-being
• Collaborate with clients’ care team to provide updates and communicate important health changes
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of client care and services provided
