We're hiring a DRIVER RECRUITER in Englewood, CO who shares our mission: helping every customer have a positive, memorable experience. If you value respect, honesty, and fairness, you'll be a great fit for our team.


Responsibilities for our Driver Recruiter include but are not limited to: 

  • Source and attract new Owner Operator Drivers using available methods;
  • Conduct phone interviews and pre-qualify company drivers and owner operators;
  • Conduct background investigations on new driver applicants and make job offers;
  • Reviews weekly reports on driver performance;
  • Directing, training, coaching and motivating employees to create a high performing customer centric team that understands and supports departmental/company goals;
  • Oversee electronic logging and assist with processing of paper logs;
  • Manage CSA roadsides processing both clean and inspections and those with violations;
  • Works closely with our drivers to ensure all driver and vehicle paperwork is up to date in the system and filed properly;
  • Support initiatives to monitor and improve product quality enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing product returns;
  • Play a lead role as needed in future initiatives to offer retailers and consumers additional value added services;
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications to apply for this role are:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred;
  • Experience recruiting long haul truck drivers and independent truck drivers is required;
  • Capable of meeting or exceeding hiring goals;
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is helpful but not required;
  • Previous DOT experience is preferred but not required;
  • Ability to work well with a team, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced, constantly changing, high demand work environment;
  • Strong written and communication skills;
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills;
  • Capable of making sound decisions on objective data;
  • Self-starter motivated by daily challenges;
  • Strong computer skills
