Job description

Under general direction of the Executive Chef, accomplishes the objectives of the Food & Beverage back of house by planning, organizing, and managing all kitchen operations. Ensures that the kitchen operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
