1. Deliver a high level of customer service by taking ownership of resident requests and ensuring timely resolution.ย 

2. Respond to resident emergency alarms, fire, and facility emergencies, showing good judgement under pressure.

3. Assist and escort residents safely throughout campus, including wheelchair assistance inside and in passenger vehicles outside throughout our 42-acre campus.

4. Conduct routine safety and facility rounds, maintain written reports, and remain alert to concerns involving residents or campus facilities.

5. Interact closely with our independent residents and have regular opportunities to make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.

Holiday Pay

  • Full-Time Employees:
    Employees who work on a recognized holiday are paid at 2.5 times their regular rate.

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong customer service skills required. Must be mature, courteous, patient, and hardworking with a sincere concern for senior citizens.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and operate a telephone console and other technology.
  • Must have weekend availability.
