Aluminum Welder

Commercial Residential Aluminum & Fabricating, LLC. Venice, Florida, United States (On-site)

CRA – Commercial Residential Aluminum

At CRA we are passionate about serving the community that we live and work in. We provide Southwest Florida with custom engineered and professionally installed pool cages, screen enclosures, carports, canopy systems, aluminum fencing, decorative railing systems, and commercial welded products.


Position Summary:

We are seeking a Welder experienced in fabricating and welding railing, ornamental and various other aluminum products. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal structures and components for our projects.

· Full Time, Monday – Friday

· Hourly Rate: $20.00-$25.00 depending on experience


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding tasks on aluminum and steel.
    • TIG Welding, MIG Welding, Spool Gun, Push-Pull Gun
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
  • Use power tools and hand tools in a shop environment to cut and assemble welded products from stock material.
  • Lay out and mark weld points on parts or subassemblies using tape measure, square, scribe or templates.
  • Position pieces for welded into jigs, holding fixtures, or guides using measuring instruments and hand tools.
  • Prepare welded products for powder coating by blending, grinding, and sanding.


Job Requirements:

  • Welding experience, preferably in the aluminum industry
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
  • Familiarity with safety protocols in a fabrication environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated competence in welding, fabricating and the use of shop equipment.
    • **Weld Test performed on-site during interview**
  • Must have a valid driver license
