Hiring a Board Certified Retina Physician for Tampa Bay Area to join our team!
A third vitreoretinal surgeon needed for a well-established and expanding 57-year-old family-owned multispecialty practice with 8 locations in Florida. Since 1968, the Gills’ family has continued the legacy of an unsurpassed commitment to serving patients as if they were a member of their own family. St. Luke’s is devoted to continually shaping our legacy of life changing vision.
You would have the opportunity to perform 4 to 6 cases per week and have a rapidly increasing patient volume from an extensive referral base. You will be supported by a highly trained team who will assist you with scribing, preparing the patient for injection, and assist you in the OR. On call only for retina will be divided by three physicians. Split call with rotating holiday call, no hospital call. State-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic equipment.
This practice is connected to a large optometric referral network. The position offers a highly competitive salary plus an incentive. A full benefits package includes professional liability/ medical/dental/life/LTD insurance, a 401(k) plan, and a generous professional expense allowance.
Located in the Tampa Bay area, the location comes with great beaches, water sports, mild winters, world class international airport, great restaurants, museums, and live performing arts theaters.
Our main office is located in Tarpon Springs. This position will be traveling to a few of our other locations in Tampa Bay region.
