Job description

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking a dedicated and experienced RV Park Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our RV park. This is a hands-on position that requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage all daily operations of the RV park, including guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and billing
  • Supervise and schedule park staff (maintenance, groundskeeping, housekeeping)
  • Ensure the property is well-maintained and compliant with all safety and regulatory standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolve guest concerns, and create a positive guest experience
  • Maintain accurate records of occupancy, payments, and maintenance logs
  • Market the RV park through local outreach, online platforms, and promotional events

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience managing an RV park, campground, or hospitality property preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call as needed
