The Role:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Bartender who can work weekends, both during the day and evenings, from June to mid-September. If you demonstrate the ability to prepare cocktails of quality and with efficiency, are highly organized and have a positive attitude, we would love to meet you!
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcohol beverages with accuracy and speed.
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks.
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
  • Memorize signature cocktail recipes and prepare with consistent and accurate methods.
  • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
  • Supply end of week order sheet to the Events Manager.
  • Stay focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Desired skills and qualifications
  • One year of experience as a bartender.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • TIPS Bartending Certification, preferred.
  • Knowledge of wine, liquor, and beer offerings
  • Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, serving drinks and wine.
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.
  • Strong POS system abilities.
