Job description

Registered Nurse - Assisted Living
$40.33-$50.33/hour based on experience, plus a $2.00/hour shift differential for 2p-10p. Full-time Registered Nurse opening at Pitman Manor, a United Methodist Communities assisted living community in Pitman, NJ.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with leadership to keep resident care and outcomes on track
  • Coordinate assessments, care plans, and family communication
  • Watch for changes in resident condition and respond before small issues become big ones
  • Oversee medication administration, documentation, and compliance
  • Manage resident health services: appointments, referrals, and care coordination
  • Keep the floor safe through hands-on clinical oversight

What you'll need:
Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current, active RN license in New Jersey
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to complete a flu vaccination (medical/religious exemptions available) and pass a drug screening

Preferred:

  • BSN
  • Experience in long-term care or assisted living

Pay and benefits:

  • $40.33-$50.33/hour based on experience
