What are live-in retreats?

Live-in retreats are immersive experiences where participants stay at a retreat center or similar venue for a set period, often to focus on personal growth, wellness, or spiritual practices. These retreats typically provide accommodation, meals, and a structured program of activities such as meditation, yoga, workshops, or therapy. The live-in aspect allows attendees to disconnect from daily routines and immerse themselves fully in the retreat environment, fostering deeper self-reflection and transformation. Retreats can vary in duration, focus, and level of guidance, catering to different needs and interests.
