Le chasseur-portier creerune atmosphere accueillante aux clients de l'hotel, des restaurants et des banquets. En charge de venir en aide pour le transport des bagages, paquets et colis des clients vers la chambre ou les transports de ces derniers. S'assurer que le depart des clients se fait sans encombre.

Ce que vous ferez:

  • Accueillir les clients qui arrivent a l'hotel et leurs souhaiter la bienvenue, si possible en utilisant leur nom;

  • Faire la gestion des bagages des clients de l'arrivee jusqu'au depart. Diriger les clients vers la reception pour l'enregistrement et le depart;

  • S'assurer du bon fonctionnement du trafic a l'interieur de l'espace de l'hotel en dirigeant les voitures et taxis convenablement;

  • Assister les clients avec itineraires, recommandations et information sur la ville et ses activites. Appeler des taxis si demandes. Faire le transport des bagages;

  • Interagir avec les clients avec le plus haut niveau d'hospitalite et professionnalisme, les assister avec toutes questions generales de l'hotel - tel que services proposes a l'hotel, heures d'ouvertures, employes clefs, evenements dans l'hotel;

  • Saluer toutes personnes passant par la porte d'entree et s'assurer qu'elles n'ont pas besoin d'assistance;

  • Se soumettre aux regles et standards Four Seasons comme decris dans le manuel le Manuel de l'employe;

  • Travailler harmonieusement et professionnellement avec tous les collegues et superviseurs;

  • S'assurer que les espaces exterieurs, d'entreposage des bagages et l'entree soient toujours propres;
