Job Summary:

HIRING IMMEDIATELY! Live in shift from Thursday 7pm - Sunday 7pm ongoing in Issaquah. Must be an energetic and engaging caregiver.

Actikare Responsive In Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), or HCAs (Home Care Aides) with experience caring for seniors to join our award-winning team. We are a trusted provider of exceptional in-home care services, ensuring our clients' well-being, dignity, and quality of life at home.

Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

  • Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
  • Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
  • Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
  • Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
  • Prepare for clients
  • Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements:

  • Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
  • Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
  • U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
  • Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
  • Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
  • Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Physical endurance to complete required tasks
