Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the emotional, social, and financial needs of patients, ensuring comprehensive care that encompasses all aspects of their well-being.
  • Provide both individual and group counseling, addressing critical issues such as grief, adjustment to illness, and coping strategies for patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with medical teams, including physicians, nurses, and other health professionals, to develop and implement personalized care plans that optimize patient outcomes.
  • Manage crisis intervention effectively, providing immediate support to patients and families during difficult situations.
