• Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations to better understand clients' mental health challenges, ensuring each individual's unique needs are met.
• Create and implement personalized therapy plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy, tailored to encouraging personal development.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting these goals based on their progress and individual circumstances.
• Provide virtual therapy solutions that are accessible and convenient for clients, particularly those who may have mobility challenges or live in remote areas.
• Maintain ethical standards by keeping accurate and detailed documentation of treatment sessions and client progress, in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in continual professional development, attending workshops and trainings to enhance your clinical skills and stay abreast of innovative trends in the mental health field.

As an LMFT at Allied Counseling P.C., you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will focus on addressing the specific needs and goals of each client, assisting them in navigating their unique therapeutic journeys.

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse populations.
• Strong empathy and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients, creating a safe space for vulnerability and healing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring effective caseload management and timely administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services or previous remote work in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems in the Plano area.
• Background in treating addictions or specialized issues such as grief or childhood trauma is advantageous.

• Annual salary between USD 70,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
