• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoughtfully identify each client's mental health challenges, establishing personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy through secure virtual platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort during sessions.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, providing continuous support and guidance as they navigate their healing journeys.
• Incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, tailoring methods to suit individual preferences and treatment objectives.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, including assessment results and progress notes, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance continuity of care.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to collaborate on case discussions, receive feedback, and share best practices.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds, facing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your ability to establish rapport and develop trust with each client will be crucial for successful outcomes. In this role, you will contribute to transforming clients' lives by providing them with effective tools and coping strategies tailored to their specific circumstances.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to forge effective therapeutic connections and engage clients in the remote setting.
• A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and understanding, allowing you to sensitively address the diverse challenges faced by our clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance client sessions and meticulous documentation while working remotely.

• Experience with virtual therapy or telehealth platforms is highly advantageous, as is familiarity with best practices in remote mental health care delivery.
• Previous experience working with a variety of mental health issues, particularly with children and adolescents, if applicable, is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and engagement in ongoing training or workshops in the mental health field.

• Competitive salary ranging between USD 80,000 and 104,000 per year, determined by your caseload and experience.
