Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique situation, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
• Regularly establish and review therapeutic goals with clients, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients, particularly those who may have mobility challenges or live in remote areas.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of evolving trends in mental health therapy.

At Together Tomorrow Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a spectrum of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and addiction. Qualifications

• Possess a valid and active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
