Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client’s mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect those needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services via secure virtual platforms, ensuring that every session is conducted with professionalism and empathy.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, and consistently support and guide them throughout the duration of their treatment.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic approaches, adapting them as necessary to meet the individual preferences and treatment objectives of clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each therapy session, tracking client progress and adapting plans as needed in accordance with established guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on individuals from diverse backgrounds facing an array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Understanding the unique experiences of your clients will enable you to provide personalized care that resonates with their specific situations. As a remote service provider, you will also have the opportunity to reach clients from various geographic locations, expanding your impact in the mental health field.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport-building and therapeutic connections with clients, even in a remote setting.
• Strong emotional intelligence, demonstrating empathy and compassion in understanding clients’ diverse experiences and challenges.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills to ensure effective management of appointments and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in remote therapy delivery and proficiency in using virtual therapy platforms.
• Prior work experience with a varied client base, including individuals with complex mental health conditions.
• Engagement in professional development and continuing education related to innovative therapeutic practices.
