The Role
As a General Manager, you own the overall success of your store - its sales, profitability, team, and guest experience. You'll build and develop a high-performing team, manage the business end to end, and serve as the bridge between your store and the corporate team.
What You'll Do
  • Own your store's overall performance - sales, profitability, team, and guest experience.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing management team and staff.
  • Manage store financials (P&L), labor, and operations to meet targets.
  • Serve as the link between your store and the corporate team.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and cleanliness.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience.
  • High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Experience leading high-volume operations and supervising 10+ team members.
  • Strong business acumen - P&L, labor, and scheduling - plus proven leadership.
  • Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Details
Base Pay
$57000.00 - $58000.00 per [hour/year], based on experience
Performance Bonus
Eligible for our team performance bonus, paid monthly
Earned On
Store sales, profitability, labor management, food-safety audits, and customer satisfaction
Total Target Comp
$[base] + up to ~$31,300 bonus / year annualized at full achievement.
