Job description

IMMEDIATE JOB OPENINGS

  • We are looking for expert commercial refrigeration service technicians who can repair and maintain all types of systems

CANDIDATE MUST:

  • Have a minimum of two years of recent field experience and be able to perform general service calls (troubleshooting & inspecting, major & minor repairs), maintenance, and some installations
  • Be reliable and self-motivated
  • Have knowledge of practices, methods, and equipment used in the installation of HVAC/R systems
  • Use and maintain hand tools, power tools, gauges, and test instruments
  • Take accurate readings and measurements, and know how to calculate BTU loads. Ability to read mechanical plans and schematic drawings is a plus
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and maneuver on job sites
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to fill out invoices and courteously interact with customers to resolve disputes efficiently
  • Live in the SF Bay Area or be willing to relocate? Have a valid CA driver's license and a clean DMV record
  • Be available to work occasional overtime and emergency service calls. Pass a drug test and a background check


EDUCATION:

Have at least a high school education or equivalent, EPA certification, and a technical degree or certificate from an accredited institution
