Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Ensures the smooth, efficient operation and pristine appearance of Canyon Ranch Vitality recovery equipment and spaces.

  • Delivers world-class guest service by welcoming guests, explaining concepts and benefits, and assisting with recovery equipment setup and use.

  • Serves as a knowledgeable resource on Vitality recovery technology, equipment, and the benefits of each space.

  • Maintains cleanliness, safety, and organization of all areas, including stocking supplies, refreshments, and completing opening/closing procedures.

  • Sells and processes retail items and manages guest scheduling using Canyon Ranch software.


Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations.
  • Ability to multitask while delivering superior guest service.
  • Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
