To excel as a Live-In Property Manager, you need strong organizational abilities, basic property maintenance knowledge, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with property management software, building security systems, and maintenance tools is typically required. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills help build positive relationships with tenants and effectively handle emergencies.
