Job description

We have a great opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team at our property in Ventura, CA. The ideal candidate should have three years of experience in property management. The community manager will be responsible for all aspects of community operations under the direction of the regional supervisor. This is a live on-site position with no apartment. The candidate should have experience managing more than 100+ units and at least 2 staff member. Yardi Voyager experience a big PLUS!

The candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task and show leadership skills. Knowledge of Yardi preferred and on-site software preferred but not required.

**No resumes will be considered without property management experience.


Job Requirements:
- Makes recommendations to enhance the bottom line performance of the community.
- Supervise, support, train, and motivate staff members.
- Manage service contracts for various vendors and monitor the quality of work performed.
- Ensures adherence to all policies regarding financial responsibilities and property performance.
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of bank deposits and computer data.
- Generates weekly reports.
- Schedules necessary repairs and make-ready activities.
- Supervises all on-site personnel.
- Participates and is Responsible for rent collections striving for zero delinquencies each month.
- Participates and is Responsible for community inspections.
- Coordinate marketing, advertising, and property presentation.
- Resolve resident issues and violations through prompt conflict resolution efforts and consistent follow-up.

- ARM or CAM Certification Preferred

Required Experience:

- Minimum 3- years of multi-family management experience.
- Understanding of Tenant and Fair Housing Law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
