As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a condominium or HOA community, fostering a positive environment for residents, and supporting the Board of Directors. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead onsite staff, coordinate projects, and make a meaningful impact on the community’s daily life. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the community, ensuring high-quality service for residents and the Association.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and Seacrest Services.
  • Coordinate and supervise property projects, vendor relationships, maintenance activities, and community needs.
  • Lead, supervise, and provide direction to onsite staff members.
  • Maintain organized property records, correspondence, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Assist with Board meetings, community projects, and other Association-related responsibilities.
  • Utilize property management software and technology to support efficient operations.
  • Ensure all community matters are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of business or professional experience.
  • Experience managing condominiums or homeowners associations (HOA) is required.
  • Proven experience in property management and staff supervision.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and property management technology; experience with Vantaca is a plus.
  • Team-oriented with strong leadership abilities.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
Compensation

$85,000 annually | Full-time | Monday–Friday
