Your Role as Leasing Agent:
The Leasing Agent is a superstar at Stone & Browning, playing a key role in making sure our properties shine! You'll be the face of the company to prospective residents and will help create a positive environment that will have people excited to call our properties home.
Your day-to-day will include:
  • Showing off our properties to potential residents (be prepared to make a great first impression!)
  • Posting vacancies, getting creative with marketing strategies, and ensuring we're reaching the right audience
  • Coordinating move-ins and ensuring everything goes smoothly for new residents
  • Keeping those relationships strong - you're the go-to person for any move-in questions or concerns
  • Joining regular team meetings to stay in the loop and continue making things happen

What We're Looking For:
We're after someone who's excited, friendly, and ready to dive into the action. If you're organized, love interacting with people, and have a knack for getting things done, you're a perfect fit!
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with all the latest tools
  • Detail-oriented and ready to handle all the little things
  • People person - You'll be talking to potential tenants, so being approachable and friendly is key!
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle tasks
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Background check required
  • A valid driver's license (because you'll be showing properties around town)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Pay: $20.50 - $22.60 an hour (depending on experience)
Location: Burlington office with occasional Berlin office time
