The Senior Property Manager at TI Asset Management is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and physical performance of a chosen multifamilyย  property. This leadership role ensures the property meets company standards for profitability, resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and asset preservation. The Property Manager acts as a key liaison between ownership, residents, and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of property, ensuring adherence to TI Asset Managementโ€™s standards and policies.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor property budgets
  • Foster positive tenant relationships, address resident concerns promptly, and implement retention programs to minimize turnover and vacancies.
  • Complete leadershipย training, ย ensuring high team morale and professional development.
  • Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and rental income through effective strategies and market analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, codes, and regulatory requirements, including affordable housing programs where applicable.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance programs, and capital projects, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, including financial metrics, market trends, and operational updates.
