Location: Bel Air, MD
Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 +, + Monthly/Quarterly Bonus

Growing multifamily organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 300+ unit community.

  • Manage daily property operations, leasing, occupancy, delinquency, revenue, and expenses
  • Oversee budgets, financials, and NOI
  • Lead office and maintenance teams
  • Handle resident relations and problem-solving
  • Drive overall property performance
  • Be hands-on, proactive, and accountable

Requirements:

  • Multifamily property management experience
  • Strong leadership and time-management skills
  • Understanding of property financials and operations
  • Entrata experience preferred
  • Desire to grow into a multi-site/Area Manager role
