Job description

The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of a Senior Affordable multifamily apartment complex. Working within the existing team, they will ensure tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and effective property management using tools like Yardi. This role offers opportunities for professional growth through on-the-job training, certification support, and advancement within management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tenant relations and address concerns promptly
  • Oversee lease management and administer lease agreements
  • Ensure timely rent collection and handle delinquencies
  • Coordinate maintenance repairs
  • Manage budgets and monitor financial performance
  • Maintain compliance with affordable housing regulations
  • Supervise vendors and contract services
  • Conduct unit inspections and prepare reports
  • Generate regular property management reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years in property management
  • Associate degree in Property Management or related field
  • Certifications such as COS, TCS, SHCM
