Compensation and benefits
Compensation: $300,000 base salary competitive for an academic neonatology role with this level of work/life balance.

PTO: 36 days/year more than most, because time away makes you a better physician.
Qualifications
Degree: MD or DO
Certifications: Board certified or board eligible
Experience: All levels welcome including new graduates ready to launch their careers in an exceptional academic environment.
Visas: H-1B and J-1 sponsorship available for qualified international candidates.
