What You'll Be Doing
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Club Manager and grow into a greater opportunity with United FP. The Club Manager will be responsible for oversight of club operations, guaranteeing an exceptional member experience and ensuring financially stability of the club. This position plays a critical role in managing our teammates to maintain a high-energy environment in the Judgement Free Zone. Grow, develop, and build a winning team by utilizing best practices in hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
Utilize training tools, such as Planet Fitness University to enhance the team's capability for essential learning.
Lead by example and inspire teammates to deliver +1% service to build Raving Fans and operational excellence.
Develop a plan to drive EFT and membership growth through maximizing KPI's in your club. This must include meeting assigned goals for BCM, club tours, employee retention, member engagement as well as regional inspection each month.
Provide timely, professional, and solution-oriented responses to member service submissions in Listen 360.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures for your club.
Achieve optimal results by maintaining operational and cleanliness standards.
Develop your assistant manager, as assigned, into a future leader. Provide on the job training to develop management skills such as delegation, accountability, and performance management.
Create an effective schedule to meet targeted labor hours as determined by the labor reporting tool and with a consistent balance of support from management and teammates.
Be accountable for your team's knowledge of critical information, such as marketing promotions, corporate initiatives, or new and updated policies .
Ensure all teammates participate in company provided Respectful Workplace Training and AED/CPR Certification within 60 days of hire.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
Excellent Customer Service skills with a high degree of member care.
Previous experience leading teams in the retail or fitness environment.
Self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic about creating the best experience for members.
Well organized, reliable, detail oriented, and able to work without direct supervision in a team environment.
Physical Demand
Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch.
