PCA / CNA Responsibilities


As a Personal Care Aide (PCA) / CNA / Caregiver, you will provide compassionate one-on-one support, including:

  • Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Mobility and ambulation support
  • Medication reminders
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Transportation for errands and appointments
  • Helping maintain a safe and positive home environment


PCA / CNA Qualifications

We welcome both new and experienced caregivers. Prior experience as a PCA, CNA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • CPR Certification preferred
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional
