We are looking to grow our team of caregivers and are seeking a dedicated, compassionate individual who shares our goal of spreading joy to our clients. Key Qualifications:

  • This position is Part Time
  • Starting pay $13.00 to $15.00 an hour depending upon experience
  • Previous experience in caregiving required
  • 3rd shift availability is preferred
  • CNA, PCA, or HHA license (current or previous license) Preferred 
  • Genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life
  • Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of seniors
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus
  • Clean background check required
  • Health Insurance is provided (including Dental and Vision)
  • Will be working in the counties of Guilford and Davidson Counties
  • You will be required to travel to more then one county in order to be hired.
  • Current TB Test preferred upon start date

Responsibilities:

  • Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) including housekeeping, errands, eating, walking, bathing, toileting, dressing, and more as needed
  • Collaborate with the client’s care team to provide updates and report any important health changes
  • Ensure that each client’s care needs are met with compassion and professionalism
