Part 91 Citation XLS Pilot
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a beyond-expectations resort and conference experience under one roof. Our authentically African-inspired resorts are home to some of America's largest indoor waterparks and feature beautifully appointed guest rooms, family entertainment centers, signature restaurants, distinctive retail shops and state-of-the-art convention centers.
We invite you to apply for our Part 91 Citation XLS Pilot position. This is a full-time opportunity based at Baraboo-Wisconsin Dells Regional Airport (KDLL) in Baraboo, Wisconsin.
As part of Kalahari's corporate aviation team, you will help provide safe, courteous and efficient air transportation for company ownership, executives, associates and guests. This position requires sound judgment, professionalism, flexibility and an unwavering commitment to safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely operate the company's Citation XLS aircraft in accordance with all applicable regulations, company policies and established operating procedures
  • Perform pilot-in-command duties as assigned
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, including weather analysis, aircraft performance calculations and route planning
  • Coordinate flight schedules, ground transportation, fueling and other trip-related logistics
  • Maintain accurate flight records and required documentation
  • Ensure the aircraft is properly prepared and presented for each trip
  • Provide professional, discreet and courteous service to all passengers
  • Remain available for a flexible flight schedule, including overnight, weekend and holiday travel when required
  • Support the continued safety, readiness and efficiency of the corporate aviation operation

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3,000 hours total flight time
  • 1,500 hours pilot-in-command time
  • 500 hours turbojet time
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
  • No restrictions on travel outside the United States
  • CE560-XL type rating strongly preferred
