THE JOB
US Concerts seeking detail-oriented, proactive Parking Crew to handle all vehicle-related logistics for our venue. While we do not operate formal public parking lots, this role is vital in supporting safe, organized access for staff, vendors, and VIP guests.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Facilitate all parking logistics, including VIP parking validation, employee and vendor parking coordination, and event-related road closures and street access management
  • Work with leadership and crew members to facilitate parking and access operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Security, Production) and external partners to ensure smooth event-day execution
  • Communicate clearly and proactively about access points, closures, and guest/staff routing
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of vehicle flow strategies that support overall guest experience and operational efficiency

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • Experience in event operations, traffic flow, or access logistics preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather such as heat and rain
  • Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in real-time
  • Position requires constant walking and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
