Lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50lbs., standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs., working in confined spaces, sitting a computer workstation for extended periods.

Job Summary
Day to day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Inventory, install, move, and remove campus parking signs and sign bases
  • Conduct campus parking space inventory. This includes counting campus parking spaces and space use designations, updating the departmental space inventory and working with our interactive map implementation team to accurately communicate campus space designations and counts.
  • Evaluate campus parking lot, crosswalk, and bicycle lane marking conditions, and collaborate with departmental leadership to prioritize work.
  • At the direction of the Director, serve as liaison with select contractors on implementation of sign, painting, and facility maintenance initiatives. May include communicating expectations, monitoring progress, and inspecting contracted work
  • Partner with the department's alternative transportation group to inventory, assess condition, replace, and coordinate refurbishment of bicycle rack infrastructure.
  • Other duties as assigned
