Oracle Erp Delivery Manager

Deloitte's Enterprise Operations as a Service (EOaaS) practice helps organizations transform critical business operations through a combination of operational excellence, technology enablement, and managed services. We support clients across finance and supply chain, as well as SAP, Oracle, and emerging platforms, by applying automation, analytics, and Generative AI to improve performance, increase agility, and unlock long-term value. This is an opportunity to build your career while helping leading organizations navigate complex transformation and deliver measurable impact.

As an Oracle ERP Delivery Manager on the Enterprise Operations as a Service Oracle Operate team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading assigned Oracle ERP workstreams or service areas across transition, stabilization, steady-state operations, and enhancements
  • Coordinating day-to-day support for Oracle ERP and connected applications, including service requests, incidents, issues, and enhancements
  • Managing client relationships for assigned delivery areas and communicating status, risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations to client and engagement leadership
  • Executing delivery governance, including status reporting, key performance indicators, service-level agreements, action tracking, risk management, escalation management, and quality management
  • Supporting staffing, financial tracking, scheduling, prioritization, and resource coordination for assigned delivery areas while identifying opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency through automation, analytics, and Generative AI
  • Supporting proposals, solution sizing, operating model development, and client presentations while mentoring and providing guidance to team members

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience delivering, operating, or supporting Oracle ERP solutions, including 3+ years in managed services, application support, or ERP operations
  • Experience managing Oracle ERP and at least one connected application or technology, such as tax, payroll, banking, procurement, customer relationship management, reporting, analytics, data integration, or workflow platforms
  • Experience managing at least three service delivery areas, such as governance, key performance indicators, service-level agreements, staffing, financial tracking, schedules, risks, dependencies, escalations, or executive reporting
  • 3+ years of experience leading client-facing workstreams or cross-functional teams, including experience supporting transition, stabilization, or steady-state operations
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
