Registered Nurse (RN) – LIVE Hydration Spa Gretna

LIVE Hydration Spa is a rapidly growing wellness franchise offering IV therapy, vitamin injections, oxygen bar services, and more. We help our clients feel better, recover faster, and reach their health goals. We’re hiring a personable, confident RN who loves people and proactive wellness.


Compensation & Perks
  • Hourly Rate: Competitive, based on experience

  • Tips + Commission: RNs at LIVE locations commonly increase earnings $4-7/hr with tips/commission

What You’ll Do
  • Perform IV therapy with strong proficiency (target 90% IV start rate)

  • Monitor multiple infusions safely and efficiently

  • Administer IM and subcutaneous injections

  • Review health histories & obtain consent

  • Educate clients on IV therapy, vitamin support, and memberships

  • Chart accurately and maintain treatment documentation

  • Deliver an exceptional, welcoming guest experience

  • Assist with spa operations (cleanliness, inventory, occasional check-in/checkout)

  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and team to maintain safety & compliance


What We’re Looking For
  • Active, unrestricted RN license (Nebraska)

  • 2+ years nursing experience

  • IV start experience required

  • Friendly, confident, and professional

  • Strong communicator and educator

  • Able to work independently and in a fast-moving environment


Preferred Backgrounds
  • ER, infusion, outpatient, med spa, oncology, sports medicine, aesthetics

  • Client-facing or consultative roles

Physical & Schedule Requirements
