Job description

We are a Houston-based content studio focused on TikTok live streaming and short-form video commerce.
We are hiring a Live & Short Video Operations Specialist to support both our daily live sessions and content production.
Responsibilities:
Short Video (Content)
  • Assist in filming TikTok short videos (scripts provided)
  • Help manage shooting process (angles, lighting, flow)
  • Coordinate with creators/actors during filming
  • Organize and manage video content files

Live Stream (Operations)
  • Set up and assist TikTok live sessions
  • Support hosts during live (product flow, timing, comments)
  • Prepare products and talking points before live
  • Track basic live performance (views, engagement, sales)

General
  • Help improve content and live performance
  • Work closely with team to optimize workflow

Requirements
  • Fluent in English, good communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Available for on-site work

Preferred (NOT required):
