Position Description & Requirements


POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners North Houston is seeking a highly skilled General Radiologist to lead our expanding practice at a Level II Trauma Center in Conroe, TX.

  • Onsite General Radiologist - Oversee clinical operations while maintaining a diagnostic radiology practice
  • Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with occasional call flexible scheduling
  • Leadership Responsibilities include:
    • Overseeing radiology services to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
    • Partnering with hospital administration to drive strategic growth and performance metrics
    • Implementing best practices and quality initiatives
    • Serving as the primary liaison between radiology, hospital leadership, and referring physicians
    • Supporting recruitment, mentorship, and development of radiology staff

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Texas licensure preferred but not required
  • Residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Diagnostic Imaging (ABR or AOBR)
  • Prior leadership experience or a strong interest in medical administration
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
  • A commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and strategic growth

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $425,000-$750,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
