Archbold Mitchell Laboratory
Description:
Generalist MT position including Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, Clinical Microscopy, Coagulation, Immunology, Special Chemistry, and Microbiology.
Experience/Education:
BS degree in Medical Technology or related science field(must meet requirements for MT certification);
MT certification by ASCP, AMT or AAB or other nationally recognized certification agency
New graduates must pass one of the national certification exams within 18 months of hire
Competency assessment and continuing education in laboratory sciences required throughout employment
Maintenance of certification is required during employment with Archbold Medical Center
Experience as deemed necessary to be accordance with certification by the Georgia Department of Human Resources
