Job description

Join our team as the Lead Scheduler at Pillar To Post - The Walsh Team, where you will play a vital role in coordinating home inspections and supporting our clients with excellent service. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with overtime and bonus opportunities. Initially, you will train in the office in Lakewood, CO, with the option to transition to fully remote work (must live in the Denver metro area). Your primary responsibility will be scheduling home inspections, managing the inspection calendar, responding to incoming emails, and answering calls promptly and professionally to ensure smooth communication between clients, real estate agents, staff and vendors. Additional duties include tracking supplies and equipment, assisting our relationship manager with light marketing tasks and working on special projects.ย 

Responsibilities
  • Schedule home inspections promptly and efficiently
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
  • Respond to and manage email correspondence to address client inquiries and coordinate schedules
  • Coordinate with real estate agents, home buyers and vendors
  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date records
  • Maintain strong organizational skills to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage office suppliesย and inventory tracking
