Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Live-In Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to provide exceptional one-on-one care in a client’s home. Candidates must have a strong skilled nursing background and be comfortable assisting with wound care, and providing high-quality personal care.

This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated caregivers who are passionate about improving the quality of life of seniors and individuals requiring advanced home care services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate live-in care and supervision.

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility.

  • Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition.

  • Assist with medication reminders and prescribed care plans.

  • Perform wound care according to the physician’s orders and agency protocols (required experience).

  • Administer daily injections as prescribed (LPNs only).

  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

  • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed.

  • Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care.

  • Communicate effectively with family members, physicians, and the care team.

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the client.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Active LPN license in good standing.

  • Skilled nursing experience required.

  • Experience with wound care management.

  • Ability to administer daily injections safely and accurately.

  • Current CPR certification.

  • Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications
