Essential Functions Statements
- Performs janitorial services including but not limited to: cleaning floors, windows, picking up and disposing of trash, dusting furniture, cleaning and stocking bathroom, vacuuming offices, sweeping various areas, and cleaning carpets when needed.
- Maintains an inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Understands the use of Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Polietly answers customer questions.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
- Follow procedures for the use of cleaners and equipment, in order to maintain safety in the warehouse.
- Notify manager concerning the need for repairs or additions to the warehouse.
- On weekly basis notifies management of additional supplies or equipment that are needed for cleaning and mainteance duties.
- Sweeps and pick up trash from the parking lot and perimeter of the facility.
- Other duties as assigned.
