We are looking for a staff member to join our close-knit team at Lago Vista High School - the premier high school in one of the most sought after locations in the Texas Hill Country.
  1. Answer phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing accurate and consistent information and creating a positive image of the campus and district.
  2. Manage telephone message system (office hours, inclement weather and other recorded messages).
  3. Greet visitors to the school in a pleasant and informed manner.
  4. Manage the Raptor System for safety and security of guests.
  5. Forward requests for information and messages to the appropriate individuals.
  6. Maintain office meeting calendar and schedule meetings held at school.
  7. Maintain, sort and distribute mail for school.
  8. Manage and maintain substitute system for teachers and staff.
  9. Assist personnel with the mailing and distribution of various documents and communication.
  10. Perform other clerical tasks as assigned including word processing, entering requisitions
  11. Be a team player and willing to wear many hats
  12. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
  13. Bilingual preferred
