Job description

The HVAC Refrigeration Technician will specialize in servicing commercial refrigeration systems as part of a large regional field service team. This role involves hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC refrigeration units while ensuring compliance with safety standards. The technician will engage in customer communication and technical documentation to support efficient service delivery. Opportunities for advancement include positions such as equipment specialist, supervisory roles, technical trainer, and field service manager.

Responsibilities

  • Install commercial HVAC refrigeration systems
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations

  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs
