Job description

Our diverse and skilled mechanical team is currently searching for an innovative and hardworking HVAC Project Manager. Candidate must be efficient in HVAC mechanical piping and have over 5-10 years experience and live in Orange County Area.

Responsibilities for HVAC Project Manager:
  • Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors
  • Develop the piping trade construction standards for the project
  • Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with owner to insure customer satisfaction
  • Estimate changes in scope of work
  • Manage large jobs with minimal supervision
  • Inspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety
Requirements for HVAC Project Manager:
  • 5-10+ years of experience
  • Knowledge in Design, Estimating, and Project Management of large-scale Mechanical projects
  • Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
  • PE License
  • Experience working with AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam, Quickpen, Excel, MS Project, and other BIM-Related applications like Navisworks
  • Local to the Orange County Area
