Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with a focus on both residential and commercial applications. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, Chillers and boilers. 60+ Ton AC Units
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system designs and layouts.
  • Provide field service support for HVAC equipment, addressing any issues that arise during operation.
  • Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customer requests.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components.
  • Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and designs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on field service operations.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC are preferred but not mandatory.
