At Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, we are committed to providing exceptional care and compassion to our residents. Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals strives to create a warm and welcoming environment that fosters physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. The ADON will provide administrative oversight and support to our nursing staff, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care possible. As a key member of our leadership team, the ADON will work closely with our Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that promote excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Nursing and other members of the leadership team
