This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies' community offices in [location].
A housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that apartment homes and common areas are clean, sanitary, and ready for occupancy. They perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning, and restocking essential supplies. Housekeepers also report maintenance issues or damages they notice during cleaning to help preserve the property's condition. Their work supports tenant satisfaction and helps maintain the overall quality and value of the property.

Day to Day:
  • Inspect assigned units or common areas at the start of the shift and prioritize cleaning tasks based on occupancy or turnover schedules
  • Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces)
  • Restock toiletries or supplies as needed
