Compensation:

$17 - $22 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class customer service and build positive relationships with tenants and property owners.
  • Visit occupied and vacant properties, recording videos, taking pictures, and tidying up properties as needed.
  • Prepare condition reports for clients.
  • Provide support with all other administrative office duties.
  • Assisting with overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests, property evaluation reports, and HOA matters.

Qualifications:
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Professional in attitude and appearance.
  • Proficiency in typing, computer software, MS Office products, and Google Suite (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar), etc.
  • Ability to learn new software.
  • Knowledge of Appfolio software is a PLUS.
  • Prior property management experience is a PLUS.
