Job description

Kettle Park Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Community Life Assistant to join our growing team.
Kettle Park Senior Living recently opened in 2019 and is easily accessible on Stoughton Road (HWY 51), in Stoughton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Kettle Park provides a stable leadership team and welcoming staff!
Shifts Available: Full time, including rotating weekends. 8:30am-5:00pm.
Wage: $15.45-$18.80 wage is based on experience
Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Community Life Assistants become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.
In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:
  • Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
  • Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
