GYMGUYZ San Francisco & Marin

Compensation: $X - $X/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident—right where they live.

GYMGUYZ San Francisco & Marin is building our founding team, and we're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Strength Coach who loves helping people build confidence through movement.
Unlike traditional gyms, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, apartment gyms, and private fitness facilities. Our clients aren't looking for bootcamp instructors—they're looking for a coach they trust, someone who can motivate them, build lasting relationships, and help them achieve sustainable results.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver personalized in-home personal training sessions

Qualifications

Required

  • Nationally accredited Personal Training certification 
  • CPR/AED certification 
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Excellent communication skills 
Preferred

  • Strength training or functional fitness experience 
  • Former athlete or strength coaching background 
  • Experience coaching beginners and women 
  • Group fitness experience is a plus
