Job Summary

The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role is responsible for handling routine office tasks, maintaining records, and assisting staff with daily administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
